Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met for customer orders worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and Receiving: Pick parts in an assigned zone quickly and accurately, inspect and receive product, and prepackage product for bin/emergency stock.
• Packaging and Shipping: reputed company packaging tasks, review pack lists to ensure correct quantities, verify correct parts have been picked, reputed company product, and prepare for shipping.
• Customer Service: Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions, handling customer change-order requests, and investigating customer complaints.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires:
