Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company telephone triage and health information services to patients, families, and reputed company providers in a fast-paced and dynamic remote environment
- Assess patient symptoms, medical history, and reputed company health status to reputed company personalized guidance and support

- Collaborate with reputed company providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and communication

Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- reputed company multi-state RN license with no restrictions
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or reputed company facility
- Computer skills a MUST, with proficiency in electronic health record systems and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:
