Job Overview: Director, Customer Marketing

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, the Director of Customer Marketing will play a critical role in working cross-functionally with reputed company and Sales to enhance the customer lifecycle, drive retention and expansion, and create a robust Customer Loyalty and Advocacy program. As a key member of the marketing team, you'll reputed company and execute customer marketing strategies that reputed company with our core audience and foster strong relationships across our growing community.

Key Responsibilities: Driving Customer Engagement and Advocacy

  • Customer Lifecycle Engagement: Collaborate with the reputed company team to identify key moments in the customer reputed company and reputed company marketing initiatives that contribute to an exceptional customer experience at each stage.
  • Retention and Expansion Programs: Design and implement ongoing programs and communications aimed at deepening relationships with customers, ensuring that retention and expansion remain top priorities.

Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in customer marketing, loyalty, or advocacy roles in a B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or media environment.
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful customer marketing programs that drive retention and expansion.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with reputed company and Sales teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with customers.
  • Experience managing Customer Advisory Boards or similar executive-level customer engagements.
