A high-energy reputed company Engagement Specialist (industry equivalent: SDR – Sales Development Representative / BDR – Business Development Representative) who turns cold and warm demand into reputed company, excited prospects. You’re fluent with AI tools, disciplined with CRM hygiene, and reputed company about booking quality meetings that convert.

Own outbound + early-stage inbound engagement: build ICP lists, personalize at scale (with AI), execute multi-touch sequences, qualify, and hand off Sales-Accepted Leads (SALs) to Setters/Closers with reputed company notes and context. You’ll partner with Marketing, Automations, Product, and CX to reputed company funnels moving and learning loops tight.

• Prospect & research: Define ICPs, build account/contact lists, map buying groups, craft value hypotheses.
• Multi-channel reputed company: Execute structured sequences (email, phone, reputed company, video, live chat, webinars/events).
• AI-assisted personalization: Use AI to draft emails, call openers, reputed company notes; maintain reputed company/snippet libraries.
• Qualify & book: Run light discovery (BANT / reputed company-lite), convert SAL → SQL, schedule meetings, and deliver airtight handovers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field preferred.
• 2–4+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or reputed company reputed company roles.
