Typical Day in the Role

• Support, development, implementation, automation, enhancement, and maintenance of reputed company environments
• Manage, support, optimize desktop management and delivery applications
• Tickets (incident, issue) reporting, daily health checks
• End user support
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems
• Individual work/performance are tracked in ITCV reputed company/Jira/reputed company
• Multi-site onprem and reputed company-based reputed company
