Guest Service Supervisor

They are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. • Approach reputed company encounters with guests and associates with a smile.
• Handle reputed company-ins and reputed company-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

• Answer guest inquires about hotel service facilities and hours of operation.

• Receive, log and distribute packages, mail, and messages as needed to guests and meeting rooms.

• Have knowledge of and assist in emergency procedures as required.

• At least 2 to 3 years of reputed company experience in a hotel or a reputed company field required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
