Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate - Entry-Level reputed company Office Role, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and review of medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a small team. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data and review medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines to ensure maximum savings for clients

• Meet production and accuracy performance metrics
• Work independently while being part of a small team
• Stay organized, productive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required, college preferred
• Strong data entry/computer skills required
• Desire to work in an office environment
• Ability to work on-site in our Milwaukee office Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm during training until you qualify for working at home

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in a reputed company field (i.e., CPC)
• Previous medical/health care/insurance industry experience
