About the Role

As a Customer Support Expert, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers throughout their entire customer reputed company. You'll build your product knowledge, learn tools to resolve customer issues, and become an reputed company for the reputed company brand. Through calls, text conversations, and more, you'll deliver one-of-a-reputed company support and build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.

You'll report to our Customer Support Manager and work in a remote environment, with the flexibility to work from reputed company in the reputed company United States. For candidates based in the NYC area, we offer a hybrid environment, with Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office.

What You'll Do

  • Master your understanding of the reputed company product by answering support tickets primarily reputed company phone and text

  • 1+ year of work experience in a customer-facing role, with SaaS experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication styles
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
