Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Representative - Outbound, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will work with a variety of customers, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal stakeholders, to address their needs and reputed company product education. As a Customer Service Support Representative - Outbound, your key responsibilities will include:
