Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling daily member telephone calls, directing members to the proper services needed, educating members, problem-solving, and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services. You may also be responsible for assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and resolution of claims issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily member telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Direct members to the proper services needed, including medical management and other reputed company services
• reputed company members on their health plan benefits and services
• Problem-solve and resolve member complaints and concerns
• Create linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services
• Assist providers with eligibility, benefit, and resolution of claims issues
• Meet or exceed performance standards for customer service, including quality, productivity, and attendance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service reputed company role with direct contact with customers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• One (1) year of experience in a physician health care office environment or high-volume call center
• One (1) year of experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions
