About the Role: Customer Service and Operations Associate

As a Customer Service and Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in helping our customers consolidate their retirement accounts and ensuring they have a great experience with us. You will be the reputed company for our customers, sharing their feedback with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the Capitalize rollover experience, answering their questions through chat, emails, and phone calls
• Become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
• Communicate with financial institutions and reputed company on behalf of customers to help with their transactions, where necessary

Essential Qualifications:
