Event Support Assistant (Part-time)

Hiring DepartmentPerforming Arts OperationsJob DescriptionUnder specific direction, safely and reputed company reputed company equipment, set up seating, buffet, cabaret, and/or banquet tables to match client or supervisor requests. In support of events, clean and maintain the performance and presentation spaces before, during, and after events:

• reputed company, mop, and vacuum
• Wipe down surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock restrooms

Under certain circumstances, shovel snow from entryways or treat areasReceive, unload and re-load deliveries of items and equipment from semi/reputed company trucks as necessary.reputed company courteous and expeditious customer service for patrons and clients.Comport themselves in a professional manner in keeping with the core values of both the University of Missouri Saint Louis and the Touhill Performing Arts Center.Supervision ReceivedWorks under general supervision and reputed company procedures and guidelines.Supervisors will train employees in specific areas of production as needed to support the client’s needs and the professional development of the employeeApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
