The ideal candidate will have: * At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a tech organization working with programming or product groups * Experience working with senior leaders in an "influence without authority" role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees * Proven ability to drive business results through HR initiatives and programs * Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and systems, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, Psychology, or a reputed company field
