Location: Remote in Lisbon, Portugal

About the RoleWe are looking for an Italian + English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and deliver excellent service to our customers. If you are a great communicator, problem-solver, and enjoy helping others, wed love to hear from you!
Work Schedule- Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays): 08:00 18:00 (Portuguese time)
- Days Off: reputed company + 1 rotational day
- Remote work (based in Lisbon, Portugal)
- reputed company salary: 1,000 per month (x14 months)
- Performance bonus: 100 per month (x12 months) based on performance
- Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day
- Transport allowance: 20 per month
Welcome Bonus (for hires starting 1st September onward):
- Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year (1/12 per month)
- Conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the preceding month
- Not part of the fixed monthly salary package
- Meal allowance (per working day)
- Transport allowance (per month)
- Health insurance: Starts from day 1 (small monthly contribution, free after 6 months of contract)
- Languages: reputed company/Fluent Italian + good English (B2 or above)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Ability to work on rotational schedules from Monday to Saturday
