Key Responsibilities: Delivering Extraordinary Customer Experiences

• Deliver exceptional service on inbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment, following our Customer First philosophy
• Consult with card members to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions that reinforce the benefits of card membership and drive customer engagement
• Continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales
• Address general and account-specific customer inquiries, providing clear and concise information and updating customer account information as needed
• Use tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, ensuring a first reputed company of contact resolution
• Meet and exceed performance goals, including customer survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets

Additional Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Flexibility to work anytime between 6:00am-2:00am, including weekends
• A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• A full-time commitment with shift flexibility requirements

Salary and Benefits

The expected hourly pay reputed company for this job requisition is $20.00 to $21.65 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. Ultimately, your pay will be determined based on your location, experience, and other job-reputed company factors.
