Role Description

This role involves leading the UX strategy and managing a high-performing UX team to enhance member experience.

  • Define and drive UX strategy
  • Manage UX team reputed company, prioritizing projects to align with critical initiatives
  • Guide and mentor UX team on best practices and emerging trends
  • Monitor and reputed company the impact of UX efforts on the member experience
  • Build and streamline UX research processes
  • Plan and conduct design sprints and workshops in collaboration with Consumer Experience reputed company Design teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class user experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 7 years of experience in strategic planning for digital experiences with demonstrated skills in relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • 5 years of experience in digital design research, usability, and accessibility
  • 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple, cross-functional teams
  • 1 year of experience driving reputed company projects from start to finish
  • 1 year of experience in project management, statistical analysis, and reputed company improvement methods

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly take reputed company technical subjects and distill them into user-friendly presentations reputed company communications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability
  • Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be a team player, be organized, and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
