Role Description
This role involves leading the UX strategy and managing a high-performing UX team to enhance member experience.
- Define and drive UX strategy
- Manage UX team reputed company, prioritizing projects to align with critical initiatives
- Guide and mentor UX team on best practices and emerging trends

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 7 years of experience in strategic planning for digital experiences with demonstrated skills in relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- 5 years of experience in digital design research, usability, and accessibility
- 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple, cross-functional teams
- 1 year of experience driving reputed company projects from start to finish
- 1 year of experience in project management, statistical analysis, and reputed company improvement methods
Requirements
- Ability to quickly take reputed company technical subjects and distill them into user-friendly presentations reputed company communications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
