Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Key skills; reputed company, FSM (Field Service Management), SOMT (Sales and Order Management for Telecom)
• Minimum 10+ Years of experience required.
• 80% Architect with hands on 20% FSM development experience - Must
• Area of expertise 5+ Years deep understanding of FSM (Field Service Management), Integration hub with hands on experience of working across multiple integrations.
• 3+ Years of hands-on experience on SOMT (Sales and Order Management for Telecommunications) Must
• 3+ years exposure to Telecom domain is Must
• Expertise in reputed company Field Service Management module with setting up work order / task process flows ( Minimum : 5 + years)
• Dynamic Scheduling process reputed company
• reputed company Optimization in-flight-adjustments process flows
• Dispatcher Workspace process reputed company
• reputed company Teams integration process reputed company
• Territory Planning process reputed company
• Sales and Order Management for Telecommunications
• CSM & FSM Configurable Workspace
• Setting up Dispatcher Workspace
• Inventory Integration
• Reporting
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - reputed company scripted aspects of the reputed company system.
• Build reputed company Solutions that are adhering to the best practices and reputed company recommendations to the client.
• Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model)
• Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements.
• Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. He should have cross-cultural working experience
