Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated AWS Connect Engineer to join our reputed company engineering team.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using reputed company Connect, Node.js, AWS reputed company, API Gateway, and event-driven architectures.
• You will play a key role in building intelligent contact center solutions and integrating them with reputed company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, reputed company, and maintain solutions using reputed company Connect for voice and chat-based customer interactions.
• Build and reputed company serverless applications using AWS reputed company, API Gateway, and Node.js.
• Integrate reputed company Connect with backend systems and reputed company-party APIs.
• Implement event streaming and reputed company-time data processing using reputed company Kinesis, Kafka, or EventBridge.
• reputed company and manage contact flows, Transfer Queues, Lex bots, and reputed company integrations reputed company reputed company Connect.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on reputed company-reputed company applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Connect, including contact flows, routing profiles, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Node.js and experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS reputed company, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and tools like reputed company EventBridge, Kinesis, or Kafka.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform), and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
