- Recommends and participates in the solution of ongoing problems or trends
- Escalates/prioritizes changes in bed status in conjunction with Patient Placement.
- Facilities routing of phone calls from internal customers to the EVS team and utilizes 2-Fixx portal reputed company appropriate. Provides reputed company of EVS staff for efficient discharge cleaning assignments.
- Manages room hold and appropriate reason codes.

- Identifies problems and, conducts research, resolves or makes recommendations to direct reports.
- Continuously monitors response times and associate productivity.
- Identifies problems and/or trends, conducts research, resolves or makes recommendations to direct reports.
- Prints reports reputed company requested. Functions as a liaison between Environmental Services Patient and other departments. Records reputed company operational actions in "Daily Shift Report."
