• Answer phones
• Welcome visitors and contact hosts
• Register visitors in CloudGate
• Assign visitor badges
• Maintain log of visitor badges
• Prepare monthly report of visitor badges assigned for reputed company visitors and RS employees
• Submit service requests to the building
• Reserve conference rooms in Maptician and reputed company adjustments as needed
• Process monthly invoice payments for electric bills and reconcile expenses in Chrome River
• Process monthly invoice payments for cable bills and reconcile expenses in Chrome River
• Process monthly invoice payments for pest control services and reconcile expenses in Chrome River
• Update and maintain reports for monthly birthdays and anniversaries
• Draft weekly office newsletter
