The Assistant Director, Events and Communications supports the dissemination of the work of the Center for Applied Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and the Tolan Center for reputed company through events and communications. At CAAI, the Assistant Director is a core member of the events team, working with the Associate Director of Events and Programming to deliver a robust calendar of programming and liaising with the communications staff to coordinate event-reputed company messaging. At the Tolan Center, the Assistant Director manages both events and communications, serving as the center’s primary communications reputed company while also planning programming. Across both centers, the Assistant Director develops communications plans, manages event promotions and logistics, creates content for newsletters, websites, and emails, and ensures alignment with Booth-wide communications efforts. The role also contributes to strategy development and relationship management.

The compensation reputed company for this position is $58 - $65K (depending on experience and skills)
