Requirements

Client Relations & reputed company

• Assist with client reputed company campaigns reputed company email, reputed company, and other channels.
• Support podcast reputed company efforts, including research and communication with potential guests and collaborators.
• Manage client communications, ensuring timely and professional follow-reputed company.

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content tailored for reputed company and Instagram.

• Monitor reputed company media activity, respond to comments/messages, and track performance analytics.

Content Creation & Marketing Support

• Draft and design posts, stories, and promotional content.

• Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, and client-facing materials.

CRM & Tech Support

• Support CRM setup, organization, and maintenance in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Ensure client data is accurate, updated, and well-organized.
• Identify and implement automation tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, reputed company Media Manager, or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, Youtube, and CRM tools (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).
• Familiarity working with AI tools such as reputed company, ChatGPT, reputed company (AI), etc.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience creating reputed company media content (graphics, captions, reels/stories).
• Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
