About the Role

We're looking for a talented and driven performance marketer to join our Consumer Growth Marketing team as an Associate Manager, Paid Marketing, Consumer. In this role, you will manage multi-reputed company dollar monthly digital budgets across digital paid marketing channels, including Paid reputed company, Display, Paid Search, and Affiliates. You'll work closely with agencies and in-house teams to optimize media buying, establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, and direct and manage agencies to reputed company goals and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-reputed company dollar monthly digital budgets across digital paid marketing channels, including Paid reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, Snapchat), Display (DSP), Paid Search (reputed company, reputed company), and Affiliates
• Work closely with agencies and in-house teams to optimize media buying in an effort to hit aggressive growth targets in a cost-effective manner by leveraging insights from SQL and other dashboard analytics and tools
• Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, with the speed and ownership to adjust tactics and strategies quickly based on learnings and opportunities
• Direct and manage agencies to reputed company goals and ROI targets
• Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels, including budget pacing, CPA, CVR, CAC, new customer acquisition, and volume goals
• Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance, including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and marketing media mix optimizations with Analytics, and bidding algo tests
• Work alongside local brand teams to manage creative projects and reputed company excellent campaign implementation from inception to go-to-market launch
• Test new channel/product features to identify incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth
• Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met
• Be flexible to work up to 7pm PST up to 3 days a week (meeting dependent between Monday-Thursday PST) to have more overlap with ANZ time zones for key stakeholder meetings
• Be flexible to travel up to 2 times a year to Australia/New Zealand

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of reputed company digital performance marketing experience
• Experience with paid reputed company, display, and paid search marketing channels
• A BA/BS degree
• Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Search, App Search), and strategic planning either at an agency or in-house
• Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV
• Highly proficient in reputed company/reputed company Sheets, as well as a strong grasp of A/B testing, and metrics-driven performance marketing
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be reputed company comfortable with data analysis and reputed company to use data to reputed company reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, with a reputed company pay reputed company of $105,400 - $155,000 USD, depending on the geographical market. In reputed company to reputed company salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
