About the Role
As our ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), with a focus on managing ITSM-managed service providers and implementing ITIL processes. You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality IT services, driving strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Experience implementing ITSM processes and standards, with a strong understanding of ITIL and its applications;
