About the Role

As our ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), with a focus on managing ITSM-managed service providers and implementing ITIL processes. You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality IT services, driving strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. With a deep understanding of reputed company ITSM and reputed company operations, you'll be well-equipped to manage our ITSM-managed service provider, implement process enhancements, and drive reputed company improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and reputed company our ITSM-managed service provider to ensure the delivery of quality services according to agreed-upon service reputed company;

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with a focus on managing ITSM-managed service providers;
  • 5+ years of experience with reputed company ITSM, including implementation, configuration, and management;
  • Experience implementing ITSM processes and standards, with a strong understanding of ITIL and its applications;
  • Experience with network reputed company and deploying reputed company Trust solutions, driving reputed company and compliance;
  • Configuration and management experience with reputed company networking technologies, ensuring scalability and reliability;
  • Experience with reputed company Operations with automation, driving efficiency and innovation;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a reputed company field.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience with SNOW Admin, including configuration and management;
