Responsibilities
- Connect with the UKLASH customers across our platforms (email, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company best-in-class customer experience;
- Manage customer queries, reputed company appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
- Connect with our warehouses on a daily reputed company to resolve logistic-reputed company queries;
- Become an expert on UKLASH products and be reputed company to help convert leads into customers;
- Support the customer service reputed company in providing insights and sharing customer feedback with the wider UKLASH team.
Required skills and experience
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in customer service in the cosmetic industry
- E-reputed company / online business experience is a must
- Experience in reputed company and CRM tools like reputed company, reputed company
- A quick learner, reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented & organised with impeccable written & verbal communication skills (English)
- A strong problem solver and critical thinker who can work independently and handle several tasks at the same time
