Job Position: Call Center Rep - reputed company to Perm
Pay: $16/hr.
Schedule: Must be available M-F for an 8 hr. shift between 8 am CT - 8 PM CT!

Job Responsibilities May Include...
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
- At least 12 months of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and wired Modem reputed company REQUIRED.
- Mobile hot spots are not accepted
- reputed company experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer.
