Job Summary
As an External Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our content creation teams and the tools engineering team. You will be the first reputed company of contact for content teams reputed company they encounter issues with our tools, and you will work closely with the tools engineering team to resolve these issues reputed company. Your expertise and technical knowledge will reputed company you to create reference materials, reputed company training, and reputed company for tools and workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities

- Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
- Escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and work with production to track these issues in JIRA
- reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
- Partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality

Skills and Abilities
* Ability to read and understand C# code

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
