Job Overview and Responsibilities

In this permanent work-from-home position, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and member-centric service to our Medicare members. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
• Utilizing compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient service
• Providing empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations, and ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and thorough answers to their questions

Pay reputed company and Benefits

The typical pay reputed company for this role is between $17.00 and $27.16 per hour, depending reputed company and experience.
