Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide your team with your expertise in interior design processes, including reviewing moodboards, directing designers on customizations, communicating with suppliers, and closing deals.
• Take ownership of and continuously improve the design team structure, processes, and tooling to ensure designers have the resources they need to succeed.
• Respond professionally and courteously to raised client requests, solicitations, or complaints to reputed company a successful resolution.

• Work closely with Talent Management and senior leadership to address and resolve employee issues.
• Review time-off requests as suitable to match staffing level requirements.

• Collaborate with the Design Services business and strategy team to manage team effectiveness and quality, customer satisfaction, sales volume, and connections.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a design-reputed company environment.
• 3+ years of previous leadership experience.

• Experience with managing and inspiring a virtual, distributed team is preferred.
