Key Responsibilities

• Designing solutions and documenting requirements and design specifications to meet client needs
• Building application processes and communicating proactively and independently with clients, providing documentation to guide discussions
• Assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Managers and above, and contributing to the development of your own and team's business acumen
• Developing strategies to solve reputed company business challenges and assisting in the management and delivery of large projects

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 5+ years of experience with HCM processes such as Hiring, benefits, payroll, time & labor, performance management, reputed company, and compensation planning
• Experience with Core HR and Compensation modules
• Experience with reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC)
• Demonstrable experience learning more than one technology

• Ability to break down abstract concepts into components and creatively and resourcefully problem-solve both independently and with a team
