Job Summary

As a Virtual Monitoring Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining visual observation of up to 12 patients at reputed company times, monitoring patient behaviors and movements, and verbally redirecting patients over digital 2-way audio devices as needed. You will work onsite at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT, and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company visual observation of up to 12 patients reputed company remote camera monitoring
• Monitor patient behaviors and movements, and verbally redirect patients over digital 2-way audio devices using a microphone and headset
• Immediately summon nursing staff if a patient requires assistance
• Support the plan of care for patients requiring virtual monitoring
• Document incidents and report reputed company a patient appears to pose a threat to themselves or others
• Communicate with reputed company customers/colleagues in a courteous, positive, empathic, and professional manner

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a part-time night shift role, working 24 hours per week from 7 PM to 7 AM. You will be required to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
