About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Data Science, to join reputed company on an immediate reputed company. This is a remote opportunity that requires a strong and diverse skillset in data science, machine learning, and team leadership. As a Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of domain experts in NLP, LLM, Timeseries Forecasting, and recommendation systems, driving the development and deployment of AI/ML models and systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business reputed company.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in NLP, LLM, Timeseries, and Traditional ML techniques, with a strong understanding of their applications in retail & e-reputed company.
• Experience in managing a mid-size internal team of data scientists and MLE's, with a proven track record of driving team reputed company.
• Experience leading and completing cross-functional projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail and results-oriented, with a sense of urgency and a focus on delivering business reputed company.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet one of the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or reputed company field and 5 years' experience in an analytics reputed company field.
• Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or reputed company field and 3 years' experience in an analytics reputed company field.

• Data science, machine learning, optimization models, PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics.

• Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
