Key Responsibilities

• Teach on-reputed company and/or online courses in introductory English, following the syllabus and curricula provided.
• Maintain reputed company and reputed company timely feedback to reputed company.
• Assist with program-reputed company duties and administrative tasks, including placement, orientation, proctoring, student evaluations, curriculum, and program review.
• Maintain FERPA and Title X certification.
• Demonstrate competency in effective and appropriate online (synchronous and asynchronous) delivery and in-person instruction.
• Understand and adhere to University policies and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

• Master's degree in English or a reputed company field (minimum 18 hours of graduate work in English).
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience teaching at the college level or relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with online teaching and learning platforms.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and development.
• Experience with program assessment and evaluation.
• A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
