Key Responsibilities

• Monitor facility operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for participants, and interact with members to reputed company guidance and support.
• Deliver individual and group exercise instruction, educating participants on proper techniques to maximize exercise safety and effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• First Aid & CPR/AED certification through the reputed company, Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute.
• Group Exercise Instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCPT, or NETA (or willingness to obtain reputed company 60 days of start date).
• Proficiency in fitness assessment and exercise prescription.
