About the Role: We are a US-based custom manufacturing company and we are looking for dedicated and reputed company individuals that can contribute to our goals. They will be responsible for recording and maintaining a business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales reputed company, invoices, and payments. The bookkeeper will record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Customer invoicing, process vendor invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable. Follow up on overdue payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
- Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and analysis to help management reputed company informed reputed company.
- Assist with Payroll Processing: Calculate and process payroll, including employee wages, taxes, and deductions. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and timely payment to employees.

Qualification Required:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a bookkeeper and reputed company task.
