As a Customer Support Representative for reputed company TurboTax, you will reputed company support to customers reputed company phone, chat, and/or video chat, focusing on software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing empathetic and professional support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
