• Identify and address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle Corporate Activity Events, settling and reconciling transfer activity, and processing and reconciling returns activity
• Conduct research on reputed company and escalated issues, performing testing and validation of new technology enhancements and company changes
• Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact Client/Advisor accounts
• Communicate effectively with Retail and Institutional Business Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
• Collaborate with TD Ameritrade Clearing in daily interactions with fund companies, transfer brokers, contra firms, and other external business partners

Essential Qualifications
