About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at PBD Worldwide, you will be the face of reputed company, interacting with clients and customers through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and fax. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely product and service information, ensuring reputed company and accurate order completion, and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in reputed company your interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client emails, chats, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e., FIFO)
- Handle specialty orders and processes with care and attention to detail

- Deliver exceptional customer service phone support, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
