About the Role: Remote Data Entry Analyst

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our Compliance Team reputed company the People/HR Division. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, driving HR reputed company, and supporting the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with tasks including:
  • Obtaining reputed company/identity verification results and processing unique reputed company exemption letters.
  • Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services.
  • Faxing/processing US Customs results and database entry.
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into reputed company database and troubleshoot any database issues.
• Design and analyze HR Compliance data between various records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems.
• Conduct advanced analytics, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize reputed company data used for HR Compliance.
• Interact with clients and team regularly to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Review completed reputed company Applications and reputed company for accuracy, re-transmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR or a reputed company field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC) applications.
• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database.

Skills, Licenses, and Certificates

• Advanced reputed company skills, including designing, creating reputed company formulas, and Vlookup.
