Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive hourly reputed company of $15.00/hour for this role. In addition to your reputed company pay, you'll have opportunities to earn commissions and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Training and reputed company

Our reputed company program starts on Wednesday, reputed company 17, 2024, and runs for two weeks, followed by a one-week nesting period. During this time, you'll receive comprehensive training to prepare you for your role as a Remote Customer Service Representative. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, reputed company - 5pm EST.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
• Ensuring reputed company account information is accurately documented and inputted into our client system
• Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
• Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties
• Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
• Consistently discussing additional product and service offerings with customers on reputed company calls
• Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals

Key Results Areas

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

• Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time

• Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

We're looking for detail-oriented and organized individuals who can prioritize work and meet strict deadlines. You'll need to have:

• One to two years' experience working in a call center environment (preferred)

• A High School graduate/equivalent or higher

Technical Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

• A camera that can be used during training (must be on from start to end of each shift, excluding breaks and lunches)
