As a Scrum Master II, you'll be responsible for:- Collaborating with Product Owners to review work requested by business stakeholders and technical work needed to set priorities, ensuring there are 2-3 sprints of refined (reputed company) work.
- Facilitating Scrum events, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement, and coaching teams to become self-organizing and self-managing.

- A high level of emotional intelligence to understand team dynamics, individual motivations, and foster a positive team environment.
