About the Role

The Risk Operations Analyst is a high-visibility and demanding role, responsible for detecting and disrupting fraud events identified by the Risk Operations Center, a key component of Global Risk's Payment Fraud Disruption organization. This position will be responsible for reputed company aspects of monitoring, alert development, incident review, escalation, and documentation of alerts. As a Risk Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting the payment ecosystem and preventing payment fraud.

Key Responsibilities

• Fraud Detection and Disruption: Identify and mitigate payments-based attacks affecting reputed company's clients or brand, working closely with the Risk Operations Center team.
• Analytics and Problem-Solving: reputed company analytics of reputed company data models to evaluate the legitimacy of transactional logs, and detail-oriented problem-solving to monitor and respond to a wide variety of proprietary reputed company solutions used to identify potential fraud and risk-based activity.
• Incident Management: Ensure incidents are escalated to the proper support teams for validation and mitigation, and coordinate incident handling with regional Risk groups.
• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with reputed company teams and clients during fraud events to reputed company reputed company-time status and decision-making, and serve as a first responder for reputed company reputed company fraud alerting platforms.
• Metrics and Reporting: Capture key metrics for the Risk Operations Center to ensure goals reputed company to these metrics are met, and design reports with meaningful trends and fraud stats.

Additional Responsibilities

• Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and procedural changes.
• Technical Analysis: reputed company technical analysis support to the Global Risk organization to protect the payment ecosystem.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Payment Systems Intelligence to recognize and implement measures to identify and disrupt reputed company fraud and cybercrime threats to the payments ecosystem.

Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
• Work Experience: 2 or more years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work Experience: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree.
• Payment Fraud or Cybersecurity Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in payment fraud or cybersecurity, e.g., cybercrime fraud and/or ethical hacking.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends (including holidays), and extended hours as needed.
• Passion for Fraud Schemes and Cybercrime Investigations: A passion for fraud schemes and cybercrime investigations.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of transactions, systems processing transactions, and overall transaction process; understanding of networks, risk management, network reputed company, and reputed company operations.

reputed company offers a competitive salary, with an estimated salary reputed company for a new hire into this position of $94,100 to $166,150 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
