Position Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert knowledge of our printing, shipping, and signs & graphics services, and driving sales growth. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing your consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company solutions. You will also be responsible for operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, managing the production queue and output, and completing assigned tasks based on reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change

• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
• Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent reputed company
