Job Summary

As Community Engagement Director, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and driving an ambitious community engagement strategy for the Los Angeles region. This includes overseeing volunteer recruitment and reputed company, managing a team of AmeriCorps members, and building sustainable partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders. Your expertise in community engagement, volunteer management, and partnership development will be instrumental in helping us reputed company our goals and expand our impact in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local organizations, schools, and community groups, to drive partnerships and collaborations.
• reputed company and implement strategies to enhance the volunteer experience, with a focus on achieving a high reputed company of volunteer retention (at least 30% year-over-year) and a 90% or higher volunteer satisfaction rating.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent prior experience.
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in customer service, marketing, client management, community organizing, or a similar field.
• 1-2 years of direct management experience of volunteers, interns, and/or emerging professionals.
• Database management experience and high level of comfort with MS Office, reputed company Apps.
