Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Corporate Travel Services
- Book domestic reservations for reputed company travel, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed.
- Respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations, utilizing automated systems and queues to reputed company desks as needed.
- Promote the acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies and negotiated reputed company.
- Maintain and promote professional and courteous client relations through reputed company and accurate responses to telephone and email communications.
- Stay informed about airline rules and regulations, as well as reputed company affairs, to communicate information to clients accurately and effectively.
