Key Responsibilities

• Teach across the curricular areas at both BSW and MSW reputed company, demonstrating expertise in reputed company work education
• Conduct research and scholarly activities, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field
• Engage in service and academic leadership, including committee work and community involvement

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• PhD in reputed company Work or a reputed company field (ABD/doctoral candidates considered)
• Master of reputed company Work (MSW)
• Practice experience with historically minoritized individuals, groups, and/or communities
• A minimum of two (2) years of practice/prior experience
• Evidence of research and scholarly productivity
• Ability to teach across the curricular areas at both BSW and MSW reputed company
• Commitment to and experience applying anti-racist and decolonizing pedagogy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to teach independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Academic leadership experience
• Practice and research experience with Indigenous communities, individuals with disabilities, and/or the aging population
