About the Role: Staff Auditor - Audit Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Staff Auditor to join our Internal Audit Group as an Audit Training and Development Specialist. In this critical role, you will play a key part in managing the group's strategic initiatives around professional development and training programs, as well as rotational programs and staffing development workstreams. Your expertise and passion for driving change will help deliver a successful learning and development program, enabling our audit staff to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the Internal Audit Group's training and professional development program, including needs analysis, planning, coordination, and evaluation of training sessions.
• Facilitate and coordinate the tracking and reporting of training credits and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, including department-wide metrics and benchmarking.
• Maintain updated curriculum databases, learning plans, and training records on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor training completions and non-compliance with training requirements, initiating follow-up actions as needed.
• Manage and facilitate new hire reputed company, including monitoring curriculum completions and follow-reputed company.

Essential Qualifications:
