About the Role

As a Senior Contract Recruiter at reputed company, you'll be responsible for building and extending client relationships through reputed company in recruitment process delivery. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
• 5+ years of client-facing experience, interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 5+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience, with expertise in navigating and optimizing ATS platforms
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches
• A High School diploma; a 4-year degree is preferred
