Essential Functions

Operations

• Be an ambassador of the reputed company brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
• Complete assigned preparation work for stocking and setting up grill area
• Calmly solve fan concerns and reputed company reputed company’s service recovery standards
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and fellow team members
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members

Fan Service

• Assist fans with menu navigation and product ingredient questions
• Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through timely and quality service
• Calmly solve fan concerns and reputed company reputed company’s service recovery standards
• Build relationships with return or preferred patrons.

Health and Safety Standards

• ServSafe® certification is not required but recommended.
• Quickly and accurately prepare food products following restaurant, health, and safety standards
• Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including grill, fryer, freezer, and other cooking equipment
• Prepare products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations, and maintaining reputed company systems or routines.

Work Conditions

Must have ability to:
