The opportunity

Join our global Health & Safety (HSE) team reputed company the Transformers Business Unit as our Global HSE Training Program reputed company. Reporting to the Global Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive HSE Training Program. You will help identify training needs, create engaging learning solutions, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of HSE training globally. This role will play a critical part in maintaining a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment through targeted and effective learning platforms.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a reputed company discipline

• Professional certifications such as BCSP, CSP, CHST, CIT, or similar are highly preferred

• Minimum 10 years of direct health and safety experience, including at least 4 years in a training management role

• Proven experience in developing and managing training programs in reputed company, global organizations

• Broad knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations and compliance requirements

• Strong project management skills with the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams

• Experience with Safety Management Software and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
